Position:
City Head (Delhi Indore and Pune) Min 10 Years of Experience
Budget: 1114 LPA (including variable)
Desirable candidate:
1. From the gold loan industry with min 5 Years experience in gold loan
2. Should be able to generate 35 Cr of business per month from self & team.
3. Should be able to manage a team of 610 people.
4. Can bring along his team of at least 45 LMs.
5. Has a customer base in the particular city & must be working in the city himself.
6. Should be comfortable with doorstep i.e. He may have to visit HNI customers for Loan disbursals.
7. Can manage NPA or Collections in the city.
