UX Interaction Designer

We are hiring UX Interaction Designer for a client.
*This role is a contractual role with Randstad for a leading American multinational conglomerate
and innovative technology company. The company provides innovative solutions in the fields of
industry worker safety U.S. health care and consumer goods.

We are hiring a talented and experienced UX Interaction Designer to support the client to
expand their capabilities building world class usercentered applications. You will be
responsible for discovering opportunities for innovation identifying areas of improvement and
inspiring empathy driven solutions.

Key roles and responsibilities
As a UX Interaction Designer you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and
collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here you
will make an impact by:
Working within a crossfunctional international team focusing on creating and improving
digital supply chain and manufacturing analytics tools used to drive corporate supply
chain strategy.
Pioneering new and innovative design concepts to create novel and usercentered
reporting and data visualization for manufacturing and supply chain stakeholders and/or
business leaders.
Defining key interface behaviors through experience models personas storyboards site
maps flow diagrams wireframes mockups and interactive prototypes.
Supporting the creation of design system foundations components libraries and
guidelines for scalability efficiency and consistency.
Creating usability test guides and running usability tests remotely and inperson either
for groups or oneonone.
Collaborating and supporting other design disciplines like UX research Product strategy
UX testing etc. to craft humancentered solutions that drive better outcomes.

Your Skills and Expertise
To set you up for success in this role from day one we require (at a minimum) the following
qualifications:

A Bachelors degree or higher from an accredited university in design humancomputer
interaction or equivalent degree.
Two (2) years of relevant digital design experience in a private public government or
military environment
Proficiency with Figma PowerPoint (for larger shareouts) and collaboration tools such
as Miro. Other design tools including Adobe CS.

Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:
3 years relevant experience in a private public government or military environment.
Experience designing and delivering for React applications supply chain and
manufacturing reporting data visualization and design systems.
Skills including storytelling & presentation UX design and research best practices UI
audits visual design best practices and a collaborative mindset.
Experience with design research tools: UserTesting Optimal Workshop and Qualtrics.
