Primary Care Physician

Job Description: We are seeking a skilled Physician to join our team at a prestigious healthcare facility. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Family Practice be Board Certified by the American Board of Family Practice and possess at least 5 years of recent experience in the field.

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care including clinic appointments followup on labs/imaging/procedures phone consultations and case reviews.
• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments health histories physical examinations and patient education.
• Order and evaluate diagnostic tests recommend treatments or referrals as necessary.
• Document all patient encounters accurately using the electronic comprehensive patient record system (CPRS).

Requirements:

• Current license to practice medicine in any State Territory or Commonwealth of the United States or the District of Columbia.
• Must be a Citizen of the United States.
• Certification in VHAapproved Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) from the American Heart Association.
• Board Certified by the American Board of Family Practice.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Family Practice within the last five years

Additional Details:

• Business Hours: 8:00 a.m. 4:30 p.m.
• Clinic Schedule: 8:00 a.m. 4:30 p.m. with a 30minute lunch break.
• Length of Assignment: 1 year with possible renewal based on performance.
