Job Description:

• Collaborate with clients to gather and analyze business requirements for CRM solutions.
• Designing implementing and optimizing CRM solutions using various Microsoft Power Platform tools such as Power Page Power Automate Power Apps and other relevant platforms.
• Design and configure custom CRM solutions using Power Platform tools such as Power Page Power Automate and Power Apps.
• Develop and maintain data models entities workflows and business rules within the CRM system.
• Integrate CRM solutions with other business applications and data sources as needed.
• Perform system testing troubleshooting and debugging to ensure the quality and functionality of CRM configurations.
• Provide training and support to endusers on CRM functionalities and best practices.
• Proficiency in configuring and customizing CRM solutions using Power Page Power Automate Power Apps and other Power Platform tools.
• Strong understanding of CRM concepts data modeling and business processes.
• Experience with CRM integrations and data migration techniques.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with clients and team members.
• Problemsolving attitude with a keen attention to detail.
• Stay updated on the latest advancements in Power Platform technologies and recommend innovative solutions to improve CRM processes.
