Job Description
- Must Haves
- CSM certification is a must
- Data migration experience
- SFDC Revenue Cloud. Service Cloud Commerce Cloud experience is preferred.
- PMP & SAFe or equivalent certification is preferred
- 15 years of experience leading global application implementations. Awareness & understanding of sales and billing processes is a must.
- Demonstrated track record working with key business stakeholders and with executive level professionals to solve and drive business outcomes
- Expertise in JIRA is a must
Required Skills : * Bachelor s degree in Business Computer Science or a related field MBA is preferred * CSM certification is a must; PMP and SAFe or equivalent certification is preferred * 15 years of experience leading global application implementations; Awareness and understanding of sales and billing processes is a must * Demonstrated experience leading largescale data migrations is a must * Salesforce knowledge is a must with Revenue Cloud Service Cloud and Commerce Cloud being a plus * Demonstrated track record working with key business stakeholders and with executive level professionals to solve and drive business outcomes * Expertise in JIRA Excel and Smartsheet is a must * Expert in Agile (iterative) implementation methodology * Strong interpersonal and communication skills verbal written and presentation skills are a must * Strong initiative and independence needing limited oversight and direction during critical decision points or issues in the project/program * Strong technical aptitude and ability to quickly become a trusted leader of projects * Focused and versatile team player who is comfortable under pressure * Willingness to work flexible and/or extended hours to complete project tasks and coordinate migrations and/or calls with stakeholders in various time zones after hours * Able to lead the execution of delivery using agile methodology and principles
