Job Description

Biocompatibility PM is expected to have a good understanding of consumer electronics and analytical testing demonstrated experience in program management and has worked in a collaborative crossfunctional fastpaced environment. Responsibilities include engaging with crossfunctional partners and suppliers to drive material selection and biocompatibility testing during the product development process clear communication with peers and SMEs and helping build processes and specifications.
Responsibilities:
  • Good understanding of analytical testing methods (HPLC ICPMS LC/MS GS/MS) and basic knowledge of Biocompatibility review.
  • Partner with crossfunctional team members and suppliers to drive the selection of biocompatible materials sample coordination and coordinate testing throughout the product development process.
  • Clear and effective communication of Biocompatibility goals and findings with crossfunctional teams and leadership.
  • Manage and track analytical testing results and biocompatibility assessment and setup a process to track and communicate efficiently.
  • Ability to prioritize programs and issues to meet timelines within a fastpaced environment.
  • Engage with biocompatibility experts and crossfunctional teams towards building work flows processes and SOPs.
Minimum Qualifications:
  • BS or MS in Chemistry Toxicology Biomedical science Engineering or related field.
  • 2 years of project management in a corporate setting.
  • Experience managing multiple complex projects successfully and the ability to prioritize issues/projects effectively.
  • Basic understanding of analytical testing methodologies.
  • Ability to work in a fastpaced collaborative crossfunctional environment.
  • Be a team player. Have strong analytical skills and ability to think outside of the box.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience working in the consumer electronics industry.

3 Must have skills:
  • PM experience background in biology/toxicology/chemistry; work in a fastpaced industry.

Additional Responsibilities:
  • Participate in OrangePeople monthly team meetings and participate in teambuilding efforts.
  • Contribute to OrangePeople technical discussions peer reviews etc.
  • Contribute content and collaborate via the OPWiki/Knowledge Base.
  • Provide status reports to OP Account Management as requested.
