Description:

1 Champion a culture of environment and amp; safety compliances at the company by evaluating and amp; mitigating the environmental

and amp; safety risks associated with the operations

2 Implement the PHA using techniques such as HAZOP Whatif data collection for Quantitative Assessment (QRA) tools

as well as track and assist with any resulting recommendations implementation

3 Perform risk analysis and coach others on the use of risk analysis techniques like Risk Assessment Screenings for

Management of Change (MOC) and other optimisation projects

4 Assisting Incident Investigation teams in investigating and classifying process safety incidents as well as providing

support in the development of process tools and action plans.

5 Provide inputs in preparation and amp; upgradation of Onsite and amp; Offsite Emergency Plans Collaborate with teams to discover

and implement longterm process improvement efforts to make process safer

6 Organizing and delivering effective and efficient workplace Safety and amp; Environment Training to the manpower at shop floor

(company and amp; third party manpower)

7 Collaborate with the R and amp;D and project team for effluent treatability studies and subject matter expert on technological

advances in the field of waste water treatment.

8 Ensure effective operations of ETP STP MEE ATFD and amp; other pollution control equipments.

9 Formulate and implement ESG frame work and other various sustainability programs towards cleaner production to

reduce the environmental impact of the operations.

10 Perform audit of environment management systems and facilitate execution of corrective and amp; preventive actions identified

in environmental audit.

11 Own the environment management system to ensure environment parameters at site for air emissions water discharge

noise levels solids/hazardous waste etc are within regulatory and amp; legal permissions

12 Perform audit of Safety and amp; Environment management systems and execute risk mitigation corrective actions.
