Project Business Analyst

NOTE: This is a contractbased job for 6 months.

Role & Responsibilities:

• Proficient in gathering analyzing and documenting business requirements to ensure alignment with project objectives and stakeholder needs.

• Skilled in conducting stakeholder interviews workshops and analysis sessions to elicit and clarify requirements.

• Capable of creating detailed requirement specifications user stories and acceptance criteria to guide development and testing efforts.

• Ability to perform data analysis market research modeling and prototyping to support decisionmaking and inform project strategies with the capacity to see the big picture.

• Strong problemsolving skills to identify and resolve issues risks and gaps in requirements.

• Excellent communication skills to facilitate effective collaboration between stakeholders and development teams.

• Demonstrates active listening skills fostering open communication channels within the team and facilitating effective collaboration and empathy.

• Experience in process improvement and optimization with the ability to see the big picture to streamline workflows and enhance project efficiency.

• Exhibits a proactive and solutionoriented approach to problemsolving.

• Knowledge of industry best practices and standards in business analysis to drive quality and innovation in project deliverables.

• Proficient in stakeholder management to ensure ongoing engagement and alignment throughout the project lifecycle.

• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies: Lead and facilitate Scrum events such as Sprint Planning Daily Standups Sprint Reviews and Retrospectives to ensure they are effective and productive.

• Ability to create and maintain project plans timelines and schedules to ensure ontime delivery and budget adherence.

• Skilled in identifying and managing project risks issues and dependencies to mitigate potential disruptions and ensure project success.

• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously ensuring efficient resource allocation and timely delivery of project milestones.
