Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and visionary Product Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading the strategic development and management of our product portfolio with a focus on driving innovation enhancing functionality and meeting the evolving needs of our clients in the manufacturing sector.


Responsibilities:
1. Product Strategy and Roadmap: Develop and execute a comprehensive product strategy and roadmap aligned with company goals and market trends. Define product vision prioritize features and make strategic tradeoffs to maximize value for our clients.

2. Market Research and Analysis: Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify market opportunities understand customer needs and assess the competitive landscape. Use insights to inform product strategy and positioning.

3. Requirement Gathering and Prioritization: Work closely with customers sales teams and other stakeholders to gather product requirements and feedback. Prioritize feature development based on customer needs market trends and business objectives.

4. Crossfunctional Collaboration: Collaborate with crossfunctional teams including engineering design sales and marketing to drive product development from concept to launch. Ensure alignment and effective communication across teams to deliver highquality products on time and within budget.

5. Product Development and Execution: Lead the product development process including defining product requirements creating user stories and coordinating with engineering teams to deliver new features and enhancements. Manage the product backlog and sprint planning process.

6. Product Launch and Adoption: Drive successful product launches and ensure smooth adoption by clients. Develop gotomarket strategies product documentation and training materials to support sales and customer success teams. Monitor product usage and gather feedback to iterate and improve product offerings.

7. Performance Monitoring and Optimization: Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to track product performance and measure success. Analyze data and user feedback to identify opportunities for optimization and continuous improvement.

Requirements:
1. Bachelors degree in Computer Science Engineering Business Administration or a related field. Masters degree or MBA preferred.
2. Proven experience as a Product Manager with a track record of successfully launching and managing software products preferably in the IT services industry.
3. Strong understanding of Business Process Management (BPM) Robotic Process Automation (RPA) Industrial Internet of Things (IIoT) and Artificial Intelligence (AI) technologies with experience in the manufacturing sector preferred.
4. Excellent analytical problemsolving and decisionmaking skills.
5. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with crossfunctional teams and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
6. Experience with agile development methodologies and product management tools.
