Position: Dutch Customer Care Specialist
Location: Remote/work from home in Greece

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Conduct technicalbased customer assistance through voice chat and email on time
- Provide exceptional customer experience
- Document each interaction in a dedicated CRM system
- Act as a key participant within the internal team and wider by taking part in department initiatives providing feedback/updates promoting collaborative solutions and supporting colleagues/department
Requirements
Skills Required:
- Ability to effectively and correctly communicate verbally and in written format in Dutch/Flemish (C1 level) and English (B2)
- Residing in Greece and be able to take on a job in Greece legally without companys support
- Experience in Customer Support technical support especially with a help desk or other IT functions
- Ability to go through background check
- Strong abilities to work independently and as a remote team player
- Problemsolving and critical thinking skills
- Adaptable and flexible demonstrating abilities to work with process and information changes
- Strong working knowledge of external systems and PC based internet and software applications (e.g. internet Microsoft Office)
