We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Nursing Supervisor for the Emergency Department to join a prestigious healthcare facility in Seattle WA. The Nursing Supervisor will play a key role in overseeing the daytoday operations of the Emergency Department ensuring the delivery of highquality patient care and adherence to clinical protocols and standards.

Job Description:

• 2 to 5 years experience required.
• Responsible for coordinating patient care and nursing service activities.
• Supervises the emergency department staff.
• Directs the professional nursing care for patients in assigned area.
• Assesses plans evaluates and documents the Nursing process in the assigned unit as needed.
• Accountable with the manager for ensuring the provision of patient care 24 hours a day. Rounds on patients to obtain insight into care provision and patient satisfaction.
• Accountable with the manager for developing implementing and monitoring unitbased quality improvement programs.
• Uses lean principles in problem solving departmental and intradepartmental operational issues.
• Participates in the identification planning and implementation of educational programs for all levels of staff and ensures active participation of staff in educational activities and research.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Nursing from an accredited institution.
• Valid RN license in the state of Washington.
