Axpo is building a bestinclass IT that will bring us to the next level in digitalization data intelligence digital workplace and collaboration. In the Data Integration department we use MuleSoft as strategic integration platform SAP CPI and Azure data services to provide data integration solutions for many interesting projects. You are responsible for our strategic vision and evolution of our integration layer APIs and data products.

What you will do

• Join an international team of experienced software engineers specializing in REST API development and integrating applications using MuleSoft Anypoint platform SAP CPI and Azure data services.
• Manage stakeholder expectations and communicate the products progress.
  
• Work closely with Integration Leads and Data Architects on the strategic vision and evolution of our integration layer APIs and data products.
  
• Own our product backlog transfer requirements into user stories acceptance criteria and prioritize together with Project Managers and Integration Leads.
  
• Participate in quarterly planning events and define the next iterations of the integration layer.
  
• Analyze business requirements and create specifications to be provided to the integration architects and engineers.
  
• Facilitate solution design sessions between stakeholders and the engineering team.
• Perform API testing and coordinate UAT sessions for new integration solutions and changes to existing APIs and manage API access for consumers.

What you bring & who you are

• Bachelors or masters degree in computer science or a related field.
• Proven experience in software development with a very good understanding of computing science fundamentals: IT security infrastructure data modelling design patterns etc.
  
• Strong knowledge in DevSecOps and requirements engineering in the domain of application integration microservices REST APIs.
  
• Strong experience working in agile software delivery teams with a track record of delivering highquality software quickly and efficiently.
• Excellent communicator selfinitiated driving and assertive strong analytical skills.
  
• Experience in any middleware (Apigee webMethods SAP CPI MuleSoft TIBCO Boomi) is a plus.
  
• Traveling 46 times per year to Switzerland is mandatory.
  
• Fluent in English and German.
