Job Description

As the Assistant Reservations Manager at Millennium Hotel & Convention Centre Kuwait you will support the Reservations Manager in overseeing the hotels reservations department. Your role involves assisting in reservation processes managing the reservation team and ensuring efficient booking operations.

Key Job Responsibilities:

  • Assist in supervising and leading the reservations team.
  • Support the implementation of reservation strategies to optimize room revenue.
  • Monitor and manage room inventory and availability across distribution channels.
  • Ensure accurate and efficient booking processes for guests and travel partners.
  • Collaborate with the Reservations Manager sales and marketing teams to drive room reservations and revenue.
  • Utilize reservation management software and tools to manage bookings.
  • Analyze booking trends occupancy and revenue reports to assist in decisionmaking.
  • Train and mentor the reservations team in providing excellent customer service.
  • Address reservationrelated inquiries and concerns from guests and travel partners.
  • Assist in managing group reservations and negotiating group rates when necessary.
  • Support in preparing and presenting reservation reports and performance metrics.
  • Participate in budgeting and financial planning related to room revenue.
  • Operate in a safe and environmentally friendly manner to safeguard the health and safety of guests and colleagues as well as contribute to environmental conservation.
  • Adhere to the companys environmental health and safety procedures and policies.
