What type of breed are we looking for
Data is in your bowl and as a Data Analyst your primary objective is to digest and dissect data within the Data Pack and beyond crafting solutions to enhance the satisfaction of our furry customers and steer the business towards optimal decisions one data point at a time. You serve as the catalyst for datadriven initiatives and innovations across Edgard & Cooper by building reports and analyzing data to make great predictions in the future.
As a Data Analyst you understand how the business works and you are curious to get the most out of the available information through data analysis visualization and setting up key metrics. Youll also play a key role in interpreting data deeply with machine learning in the foreseeable future. Effective communication of insights and the creation of userfriendly dashboards are also essential facets of your responsibilities facilitating informed decisionmaking throughout the organization.
What will be in your bowl
- You will experiment with new KPIs and figure out how we can make datadriven decisions.
- To communicate your work you will build dashboards and guide your colleagues.
- You will help set up experiments (e.g. A/B testing) and statistically evaluate them.
- You will support your colleagues navigating the data landscape.
- You will write scripts to clean and interpret the data and use it for great applications.
- You will identify and analyze business use cases solving problems and gathering insights from data to drive decisionmaking.
What skills & tricks should you bring
Requirements:
- You have a resultdriven and handson mindset and prefer to work in a dynamic environment.
- You have experience with SQL and Python applied to data analysis and statistics.
- You have experience with BI applications.
- Youll thrive here even more if you have handson experience with A/B testing building experiments wanting to expand into data science
- You like to iterate quickly and try out new things!
- Communication skills especially for explaining technical concepts to nontechnical business leaders
Experience:
- You have at least 2 years of experience in a data analyst role.
- Experience in a context of the consumer goods business would be of great value.
