Director Of Finance
Job Responsibilities:
- Oversee all financial activities of the company
- Manage financial planning budgeting and forecasting
- Ensure compliance with all financial regulations
- Prepare financial reports and statements
- Develop and maintain internal controls
- Supervise accounting staff
- Provide financial analysis and recommendations to senior management
Essential Qualifications:
- CPA certification
- Proven experience as a Controller or Director of Finance
- Strong knowledge of General Ledger and financial systems
Desired Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant finance experience
- Maximum of 35 years of overall finance experience
Salary & Benefits:
- Salary: $145000 annually
