Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to align with company goals and industry standards
- Manage recruitment selection and onboarding processes for new employees
- Conduct training sessions on HR policies procedures and compliance requirements
- Provide guidance and support to management and employees on HRrelated matters
- Oversee employee relations including conflict resolution and performance management
- Administer employee benefits programs and ensure accurate recordkeeping
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to promote a positive work environment and employee satisfaction
- Stay updated on labor laws regulations and industry trends to ensure compliance
- Prepare and analyze HR metrics and reports for management review
- Support diversity and inclusion initiatives within the organization
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management Business Administration or related field
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Second Language (written and verbal)
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in human resource management preferably in the food industry
- Strong knowledge of HR policies practices and regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Experience with HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite
- SHRM certification is a plus
