Data Scientist - Experimentation all genders

We are looking for a Data Scientist for our Experimentation Data Team in the heart of buzzing Berlin!

You will work in a crossfunctional central data team that owns an Experimentation Platform you will participate in the development of the experimentation platform as well as working closely with product analysts and product managers to optimize our product and features through experimentation research and data analysis.

You will:

• Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to design run analyze and gather insights from A/B tests using our experimentation platform
• Develop and maintain pipelines tools and dashboards to improve our experimentation capabilities
• Provide guidance to product analysts on statistical methodologies and using our statistical features effectively for more velocity
• Promote best practices for experimentation across the organization
• Leverage techniques like metaanalyses causal inference and heterogeneous treatment effects to answer key business questions
• Contribute to insights and findings to feed our product knowledge base

You have:

• An advanced degree in Statistics Computer Science Economics or related quantitative field
• 3 years experience conducting data science projects ideally including A/B tests and experimentation related topics
• A proficiency in statistical analysis Python and SQL
• An ability to communicate complex analyses to nontechnical stakeholders
• A passion for collaborating crossfunctionally

• Previous experience with A/B testing or experimentation platforms
