Tasks

As a Frontend Developer you can expect exciting and varied tasks:

• You are responsible for optimizing the user interface of the selfdeveloped humanintheloop machine learning system (for information extraction from freetext electronic health records).
• You are the gotoperson for the extending and the improvement of the statistical analysis tool for medical data.
• You manage interactions with RESTAPI machinelearning and data backends.
• You support decisionmaking on future frontend technologies and technology switch.
• You deploy to dedicated servers as well as Google cloud platform utilizing CI/CD.
• You work close together with a multidisciplinary team of medical domain experts developers and deep learning researchers.

Requirements

• You are based in Germany or Austria or are planning to move there.
• As a Frontend Developer you have at least three years of experience and know your tasks.
• You finished your Masters degree in engineering computational science or a related field.
• You are proficient in Angular and React/Vue.js or similar frameworks and Python.
• You have a solid experience in statistical data analysis.
• Analyzing complex architectures and independent decision making is no problem for you.
• You are an expert in modern software engineering practices (clean code design patterns refactoring objectoriented programming testdriven development).
• You are no stranger to UI/UXDesign themes.
• You are fluent in english spoken and written and have a good command of German
• A good knowledge of Google Cloud Platform Docker and Gitlab CI/CD is a nicetohave but no musthave.
