The ideal candidates will have experience in caulking restoration and possess all necessary certifications for working at heights and other specialized requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform caulking and restoration work on various types of buildings and structures.
• Inspect surfaces for potential problems and ensure proper surface preparation.
• Apply caulking materials with precision and attention to detail.
• Conduct restoration tasks including sealing weatherproofing and repairing damages.
• Ensure all work meets quality standards and client specifications.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to ensure personal and team safety.
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to complete projects efficiently.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in caulking and restoration.
• Certifications for working at heights and other relevant safety certifications.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints drawings and specifications.
• Strong attention to detail and precision in work.
• Excellent problemsolving skills and ability to troubleshoot onsite issues.
• Good physical stamina and ability to work in various weather conditions.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment.

Requirements

• Valid working at heights certification.
• Safety training certificates (e.g. WHMIS First Aid).
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in caulking and restoration preferred.
• Valid drivers license and reliable transportation is an asset.
