FIFO Boilermakers for Sino Iron Project in Cape Preston

Location: Perth Western Australia with rotation to Cape Preston

Sino Iron is the largest magnetite mining and processing operation in Australia. Located 100km southwest of Karratha in Western Australias resourcerich Pilbara region Sino Iron utilises traditional openpit mining techniques and advanced beneficiation processes to produce highgrade premium magnetite concentrate for export from purposebuilt facilities at Cape Preston.

Role Description:
As a FIFO Boilermaker you will play a crucial role in supporting the operations at the Sino Iron Project in Cape Preston. You will contribute to the construction maintenance and repair of key infrastructure ensuring the continued success of this innovative mining and processing operation.

Key Responsibilities:

Execute welding and fabrication tasks according to project specifications
Perform repairs and maintenance on equipment and structures
Adhere to strict safety regulations and procedures
Collaborate effectively with team members to achieve project objectives
Maintain accurate records of work completed

Requirements:

Trade qualification as a Boilermaker
Proven experience in a similar role preferably in a FIFO environment
Strong welding and fabrication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Commitment to safety and quality standards
Willingness to fly from Perth to Cape Preston on a rotational basis
