Project Engineer

Responsibilities:

• Plan organize develop and manage the department growth
  
• Serve as project spokesperson on advanced projects/programs
  
• Lead business development initiatives
  
• Build/maintain client relationships
  
• Lead/manage project managers and technical staff daily
  
• Ensure high quality project execution and optimal final performance for assigned projects
  
• Coordinate project priorities staffing schedules and staff assignments
  
• Responsible for attracting new employees and the development and retention of current employees (set expectations and manage performance)
  

Requirements:

• Bachelor s Degree in Civil Engineering
  
• 8 years of experience
  
• Ohio PE License required
  
• Michigan PE License preferred
  
• Established client relationships in Northwestern Ohio preferred
  

Salary is commensurate with experience.
