Industrial Hygiene Technician

Responsibilities:

• Conduct asbestos leadbased paint and hazardous materials surveys and air monitoring services
  
• Plan prioritize and organize diversified workload
  
• Responsible for writing client reports that include sound professional methodology conclusions and recommendations
  
• Serve as liaison between other departments and outside agencies
  
• Perform other duties related to the department operations
  

Requirements:

• Twoyear college degree preferably in a related field
  
• Experience in surveying sites for asbestos leadbased paint and hazardous materials air monitoring and/or mold investigations
  
• Proficient in standard computer systems including Microsoft Word and Excel
  
• Experience communicating with individuals at all levels of public/private entities
  
• Asbestos and Lead certifications preferred
  
• Travel up to 50% time
  

Salary is commensurate with experience.
