Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
Responsibilities
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Monitor patient health and vital signs.
- Assist in creating and implementing patient care plans.

- Maintain accurate and uptodate patient records.

Qualifications
- Current Pennsylvania LPN license.
- Minimum of 12 years of LPN/LVN experience.
- BLS certification required.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fastpaced healthcare environment.
