What you will do:

Collaborate closely with the business team to comprehensively grasp business requirements and translate them into data science objectives.

Design implement and deploy machine learning models aimed at enhancing efficiency and precision in areas such as demand forecasting resource optimization and revenue optimization.

Conduct data analysis and modeling to identify opportunities for optimization and automation.

Engage in seamless collaboration with crossfunctional teams including software developers and product managers to seamlessly integrate datadriven solutions into our systems and

products.

Lead projects from conceptualization to execution taking ownership of the entire data science lifecycle and ensuring the delivery of highquality and impactful outcomes.

Stay abreast of the latest advancements in machine learning optimization techniques and relevant domains.

Communicate complex technical concepts and findings effectively to both technical and nontechnical stakeholders fostering a culture of datadriven decisionmaking across the

organization.

Mentor and guide junior team members providing support and expertise in data science methodologies and best practices.

Conduct research and experimentation to explore innovative data science solutions that drive business growth and competitive advantage.

Act as a subject matter expert in data science providing insights and recommendations to inform strategic decisionmaking and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

Hold a Bachelors degree or higher in Applied Mathematics Statistics Computer Science or a related field.
Demonstrate 2 to 3 years of handson experience in industry or research lab settings with a focus on data science methodologies.
Possess a deep understanding and practical expertise in machine learning algorithms statistical methods and data analysis techniques.
Show a proven track record of conceptualizing developing and delivering machine learningbased data products that have made significant impact on business outcomes.
Exhibit advanced proficiency in Python for data manipulation analysis and model development.
Have experience with distributed computing frameworks such as Spark with the ability to efficiently process largescale datasets.
Showcase excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to effectively convey complex technical concepts to both
technical and nontechnical stakeholders.
Previous experience in deep learning projects including the development and deployment of deep neural network models is highly desirable.
Possess a background working in startup or productbased consumer/internet companies demonstrating adaptability and a drive for innovation in dynamic environments.
