Responsibilities:

  • Leading coaching and motivating a team of Sales Development Representatives to achieve and exceed performance targets including qualified lead generation pipeline growth and revenue goals
  • Success will be measured by the SDR teams quota/goal attainment and the individuals ability to create growth and efficiencies within their team
  • The Sales Development Manager will also drive all aspects of new hires and the training of new hires once onboarded onto their team.
  • Drive outbound lead generation activities resulting in the qualification of target prospects
  • Implement lead management and development best practices including metrics quotas activity performance metrics and measurements
  • Provide daily weekly and monthly reporting on volume statistics lead pipeline conversation of sales accepted opportunities and playbook effectiveness


Your Experience:

  • Bachelor s Degree
  • 35 years of Sales development inside sales or relevant sales experience
  • 2 years of experience in a leadership or management role with demonstrated ability to mentor motivate and inspire a team to achieve ambitious goals
  • Strong understanding of sales methodologies lead generation techniques and CRM systems (e.g. HubSpot Salesforce)
  • Resultsoriented mindset with a passion for driving performance fostering a culture of accountability and delivering exceptional customer experiences
  • Excellent communication interpersonal and presentation skills with the ability to effectively communicate complex concepts and influence stakeholders at all levels
