Job Title: Sales Consultant
Reports to: Sales Manager / Recruitment Manager
Job Purpose:
To drive revenue growth by acquiring new clients and maintaining relationships with existing clients. The Sales Consultant will identify business opportunities generate leads and convert prospects into clients ensuring client satisfaction and retention. The role involves understanding client needs providing recruitment solutions and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Acquisition:
Identify and target potential clients through various channels including networking cold calling and referrals.
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to attract new clients.

Client Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to understand their recruitment needs.
Conduct regular followups to ensure client satisfaction and identify new business opportunities.

Sales Targets:
Meet or exceed monthly quarterly and annual sales targets as set by the management.
Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients.

Market Research:
Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay updated on industry trends.
Monitor competitors activities and adjust sales strategies accordingly.

Recruitment Coordination:
Collaborate with the recruitment team to ensure successful placement of candidates.
Provide clients with regular updates on the recruitment process and candidate status.

Reporting and Documentation:
Maintain accurate and uptodate records of sales activities client interactions and deals in the CRM system.
Prepare regular reports on sales performance and client feedback.

Networking and Events:
Attend industry events job fairs and networking functions to promote the agency and expand professional networks.
Represent the company in a professional manner at all times.

Required Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor s degree in Business Administration Sales Marketing Human Resources or a related field.
Experience: Minimum of 23 years of sales experience preferably in the recruitment industry or a similar field.
Skills:
Strong sales and negotiation skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to build and maintain client relationships.
Good understanding of recruitment processes and market dynamics.
Proficiency in using CRM software and MS Office applications.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in a recruitment agency or human resources environment.
Familiarity with recruitment tools and platforms.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
Personal Attributes:
Selfmotivated and goaloriented.
High level of professionalism and integrity.
Strong problemsolving abilities.
Adaptable and resilient under pressure.
Working Conditions:
Fulltime position.
Officebased with occasional travel to client sites and networking events.

Job Requirements for Sales Consultant in a Recruitment Agency
Education and Experience:

Bachelor s degree in a relevant field.
23 years of sales experience ideally within the recruitment industry.
Skills and Competencies:

Proficient in sales techniques and client acquisition strategies.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent negotiation and closing skills.
Ability to understand client needs and provide tailored recruitment solutions.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
