• We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Profile Developer or Sr. Profile Developer to join our dynamic team.
• The ideal candidate will have a strong background in (PSL) and Mumps technologies.
• As a lead you will play a critical role in the development and optimization of our healthcare systems ensuring high performance reliability and adherence to industry standards.

• Lead the development and maintenance of applications using Profile Scripting Language (PSL) and Mumps.
• Design build and maintain efficient reusable and reliable code.
• Ensure the best possible performance and quality of applications.
• Solve complex performance problems and architectural challenges.
• Integrate userfacing elements developed by frontend developers with serverside logic.
• Implement security and data protection solutions.
• Assess and prioritize feature requests.
• Coordinate with internal teams to understand user requirements and provide technical solutions.
• Write clean scalable and documented code.
• Mentor junior developers and promote a culture of continuous improvement.

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science Engineering or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Profile Developer with extensive knowledge of PSL and Mumps.
• Strong understanding of the full development life cycle.
• Handson experience with coding troubleshooting and managing largescale systems.
• Proficiency in software engineering tools and software development methodologies.
• Ability to document requirements and specifications.
• Excellent problemsolving and communication skills.

• Experience in leading a development team.
• Experience with other programming languages and frameworks is a plus.
• Certification in Profile Scripting Language (PSL) and/or Mumps technologies
