Role

We are seeking experienced technical program management professionals to join our team and contribute to our future growth. As a Senior TPM you will conceptualize rationalize and drive multiple concurrent projects to deliver engineering work across our portfolio using a scrum execution model. You will have the opportunity to deeply engage with our tech stack integration patterns organizational capabilities and companywide assets to provide technical solutions for customer challenges. Your responsibilities will include contributing to strategies design decisions and cloud infrastructure necessary to develop comprehensive and achievable execution plans for delivering highprofile features and capabilities to our customers. You may oversee the execution of entire features across the stack or manage projects involving multiple teams and integrations providing regular meaningful progress updates.

• Demonstrated ability to work independently and autonomously
• Experience in defining and building cloudnative software products at scale with a strong understanding of platform capabilities and underlying technologies
• Proven experience in breaking down problems organizing work planning sprints and delivering technical programs using agile methodologies (scrum Kanban etc.)
• Track record of working on programs to define and build cloudnative software products at scale
• Enjoys deep diving into platform capabilities and underlying technologies
• Proficient in datadriven decisionmaking and applying continuous improvement methodologies across teams
• Skilled in debating delivery strategies with business teams architects engineers and designers
• Ability to communicate effectively to executives peers and team members with impact eloquence and authenticity
• Demonstrated experience in building relationships partnering with and influencing dependent teams while earning respect across the organization
• Preferred expertise in Payments IaaS PaaS serverless technology CI/CD NoSQL databases microservices APIs and distributed systems operations within a DevOps model
• Bachelors degree in engineering computer science or related discipline
• Technical program delivery experience including software development and testing
