Oracle CIS Project Manager

You will provide leadership and governance maintaining client relationships throughout all phases of complex software systems integration projects. As iGreenTrees single point of contact for the projects you will leverage global best practices and lessons learned collaborating closely with customers and iGreenTree teams. Energy and Utilities domain or business vertical experience.
Cloud Software digital transformation experience.
Demonstrated experience in translating customer business requirements into workable premier software solution.
Project Leadership and Management: Lead and manage Oracle CIS implementation projects ensuring they are delivered on time within scope and within budget. This includes planning project stages setting deadlines and allocating resources effectively.
Technical Implementation: Provide technical guidance and support during the implementation of Oracle CIS solutions. This includes configuring and customizing the system to meet specific client needs and integrating it with other systems as required.
Risk Management: Identify potential risks to the project and develop strategies to mitigate these risks. This involves continuous monitoring and adapting plans as necessary to address new challenges as they arise.
Quality Assurance: Ensure the quality of the implemented solution by overseeing testing and validation processes. Address any defects or issues promptly to ensure the system meets all client and regulatory requirements.
Stakeholder Engagement: Act as the primary point of contact for all project stakeholders including clients team members and senior management. Facilitate regular meetings and updates to ensure all parties are aligned and informed about project progress and any issues.
Training and Support: Provide training and support to clients and their users to ensure they are fully equipped to use the new CIS system effectively. This includes creating user manuals conducting training sessions and providing ongoing support after project completion.
Continuous Improvement: Seek opportunities to improve project management processes and implementation methodologies. Stay updated with the latest Oracle CIS features and industry trends to enhance service delivery and client satisfaction.

10 years of overall technology experience
4 years of experience relevant to this position including 2 years of complex software systems integration project management experience with fixed bid project consulting budgets in excess of $1M.
5 year of consulting experience in a professional services or systems integration organization
Experience developing cost estimates for Professional Services efforts as well as communicating value propositions.
Agile Methodology experience.
Experience creating and communicating SOW for new and existing customers.
Excellent customer relationship savvy including comfort interacting at the C level.
Experience delivering presentations.
Excellent verbal and written communication presentation and negotiation skills.

Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology Business Administration or a related field required.
Must have proficiency in Oracle Utilities Customer Care & Billing (CC&B) Customer to Meter (C2M) Meter Data Management (MDM) or Customer Cloud Service (CCS) as applicable.
Deep understanding of the Utilities value chain.
Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills are essential for interpreting complex business requirements and devising effective solutions.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills are necessary for effective collaboration with diverse teams and clear presentation of solutions.
Proficient project management abilities to oversee timelines resources and project deliverables efficiently.
Capability to work independently and lead globally distributed teams.

PMP Six Sigma or other Project Management certifications is a plus.
Should possess a strong grasp of the Oracle Utilities Application Framework (OUAF) to steer the overall solution development.
Skilled in various modules of CC&B/C2M/MDM for configuration customization and integration with other applications.
A commitment to continuous learning to remain current with OUAF updates new technologies and industry trends.
