This is a fulltime position.

Location: New Brunswick NJ onsite 5 days a week

Salary $8090K range Company offers benefits.

Position Overview:

• Oversee all financial and accounting.
• Responsible for budget management financial analysis payroll forecasting accounts payable accounts receivable and financial reporting
• Reports into the CFO

company is about 500m in sales and growing

company is a Distribution firm

need someone with distribution experience

Consolidated reporting participate in budget management financial analysis forecasting accounts payable accounts receivable and financial reporting private equity firm

Compliance reporting for term notes and ABL (Banking)

Involved with Month end closing

Participate in yearend financial audits

will manage 3 direct reports 1 A/R and 2 A/P

SOMEONE WITH 10 YRS exp. should have exp. In a distribution firm

Reports to Controller

must be hands on
