Job Description

Should have Sound knowledge BIW welding fixture (Spot / Rivet /
Mig Welding).
Exposure to latest design software is preferred.
Weld Gun Selection / redesign Weld points study and distribution
check.
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to identify areas where
automation can be applied.
Develop and implement automation solutions that increase efficiency
and productivity while reducing costs.
Strong in preparing the 2D Manufacturing Drawing using
Geometrical Dimension and Tolerance (GD&T).
Stay up to date with the latest automation technologies and trends
in the industry.
Develop documentation and training materials for automated
systems.
Must be Quality Conscious and produce 100% defect free designs
and drawings.
Robot Payload check / Kit Sheets / Team center
Collaborate with other engineers and technicians to ensure the
successful integration of automated systems into existing processes.
Should have knowledge in Material Selection and Manufacturing
Process and know to generate 3D Design 2D Detailing and BOM
Generation (OEM formats) of Jig & Fixtures.
