Legal Advisor - Fletcher Piccolo Associates FPA

The Role
We are looking for a knowledgeable and experienced Legal Advisor to join our team in Riyadh. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction law and be able to provide expert legal advice and guidance to ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations. The Legal Advisor will play a key role in supporting the companys legal needs and protecting its interests. Responsibilities: Provide expert legal advice and support to the company on construction law matters. Review and draft contracts agreements and other legal documents related to construction projects. Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations in the construction industry. Represent the company in legal proceedings and negotiations with third parties. Conduct legal research and stay updated on changes in construction laws and regulations. Collaborate with internal teams to assess and mitigate legal risks in construction projects. Advise on legal issues related to project development property acquisition and land use. Handle any other legal matters as required by the company.

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Law from a reputable institution. Masters degree is a plus. Proven experience working as a Legal Advisor in the construction industry. Indepth knowledge of construction laws regulations and industry practices. Strong analytical and problemsolving skills with the ability to make sound legal judgments. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Ability to work effectively in a fastpaced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Professional certification or membership in relevant legal associations is preferred. Fluency in both written and spoken English and Arabic.
