Main Mission: The Social Media Specialist will be responsible for developing and implementing BYDs social media strategy with a focus on enhancing online presence brand awareness and community engagement.

Responsibilities:

Social Media Strategy:

Develop an overall social media strategy aligned with company objectives.

Identify trends and opportunities in the social media landscape to stay at the forefront of innovation.

Content Management:

Create edit and publish compelling and engaging content across all social media platforms.

Collaborate with marketing communication and design teams to develop highquality visual and written content.

Competitive Monitoring:

Monitor competitors activities on social media and recommend strategic adjustments accordingly.

Community Management:

Interact with the online community respond to comments and messages and foster a positive relationship with customers and fans.

Performance Analysis:

Use analytics tools to track social media performance and provide regular reports with recommendations for improvement.

Partnerships and Influencers:

Identify and collaborate with relevant influencers in the automotive and renewable energy sectors.

Skills and Qualifications:

Degree in marketing communication journalism or a related field.

Previous experience in social media management preferably in the automotive or clean technology sector.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Indepth knowledge of social media platforms such as Facebook Twitter Instagram and LinkedIn.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
