Supervisor II Maintenance - HB Fuller

PRIMARY DUTIES

• Operation and Maintenance of water pumps electric motors and chemical feed machines; reads various charts graphs gauges and meters; computes from readings and records the water volume pumped; collects lab samples and performs standard analyses and tests as required; adds chemicals as needed.

• Read electrical power control circuit drawings & SLDSafety in handling of LT & HT Switch gears MCC panel maint. preferably ETP HVAC Compressed air plant predictive and preventive maint.

• Repair and Air balancing. Air Cool and Water Cool central unit

• Handson involvement in trouble shooting & preventive maintenance for HT LT Panel Synchronization system utility equipment. Air Compressor Chiller DG Set Water Treatment Plant Boiler Hot oil system Scrubber AHU CIP system Dust Extraction System.

• Operation and Maintenance of Utility systems includes Thermic Fluid Heaters Boiler Air Compressors colling Tower pumps Diesel Generators Effluent Treatment Plant Firefighting Pump station.

• Maintenance of process equipment (Hygiene processing industry) PHE Conveyor belts

• Excellent understanding in distribution power control wiring & PLC wiring. Good Knowledge in instrument & ability to understand logic (Control Philosophy) Ability to read P&ID

• Spare Parts management Knowledge in work permit system & electrical safety standard ISO and Customer
  Audit Documentation work

• Perform preventative maintenance service to machinery and equipment in a timely manner in line with the planning communicated by Manager.

• Check for problems on the equipment and/or infrastructure and organize the work following the diagnosis of the problems found and estimated time to repair.

• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical hydraulic or pneumatic assemblies in accordance with diagrams sketches operational manuals and manufacturers specifications.

• Identifies potential equipment failures and take preventive action.

• Propose solutions for improvement of the production tools

• Document maintenance repairs performed (e.g. complete worksheets check the water meters) and complete technical records (e.g. managing technical documentation executing electrical and mechanical drawings)

• Carry out all operations in compliance with all legal and Company policies and procedures regarding EHS storage housekeeping.

• Guide train and supervise technicians on executing maintenance tasks.

Minimum Requirements

• Certificate in BSc Mechanical Engineering

• 57 years experience in a similar role Knowledge of mechanical pneumatics hydraulics and electrical. Knowledge in 5S & Food safety ISO Documentation knowledge.

• Handson experience in HT LT Panel Synchronization system utility equipment. Air Compressor Chiller DG Set Water Treatment Plant Boiler Hot oil system Scrubber AHU CIP system Dust Extraction System. Experience in process equipment (Hygiene processing industry) is an added advantage.

• Able to read and interpret mechanical equipment drawings also to analyse and troubleshoot mechanical hydraulic or pneumatic issues

• Able to read and interpret electrical hydraulic and pneumatic diagrams and P&ID for various processes

• Availability to work in shifts and on call during weekends in case of emergencies

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Experience in working pharma / Food / Chemical industry.

• Strong analytical and diagnostic skills willing to improve systems and to adapt to new technologies.

• Be able to respond to demands and to make decisions in a short period of time.

• Teamoriented

• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks

• Must have organizational skills

PHYSICAL ENVIRONMENT

• Handling some corrosive chemicals or work with risky devices

• Exposure to hazard conditions (e.g. high temperatures projections chemical vapours)

• Required to use PPE (Personal Protective Equipment)
