Tasks

  • Greeting and assisting clients in a professional and friendly manner
  • Responding to client inquiries and providing advice on available services and activities
  • Organizing and coordinating restaurant hotel transportation and other service reservations requested by clients
  • Managing special requests from clients and ensuring their satisfaction
  • Ensuring effective communication with various departments within the company to ensure smooth execution of client requests
  • Handling client assistance requests (acknowledgment registration analysis confirmation to the client identifying and contacting subcontractors monitoring order progress)
  • Maintaining a privileged relationship with suppliers to ensure the quality of services offered to clients
  • Updating FBO ONE with flightrelated information and requested services

Requirements

  • Previous experience in business concierge or customer service
  • Excellent communication customer relationship and organizational skills
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
  • Strong customer service orientation and ability to resolve issues quickly and effectively
  • Proficiency in computer tools and customer management software
  • Ability to work in a team good communication skills
  • Strong time management skills flexibility
  • Fluent in English (reading speaking writing)
