Tasks

As a Customer Success Trainee your primary role will be:

• Working closely with the Head of Customer Success Team to support the lead generation process
• Assisting the team in the development of materials needed for the proposals.
• You will assist in coordinating the team with other teams to ensure smooth communications.
• Contribute to the execution of marketing and promotional campaigns to generate interest and demand for our products or services.

• We are looking for a talented student to drive the growth of the Customer Success Team who enjoys the consultative part of a sales role where you dive deep into the needs of your future client.
• Fluent Spanish and English
• Effective communication capabilities.
• An adaptable hardworker and proactive mindset prepared to face the unique challenges
