• In this role you will be the first GoTo Person for employees on all ITrelated issues
• You will provide technical support for employees solving hardware and software problems
• You will also be responsible for Provision installation and support of hardware and software at the workstations
• In Collaborating with internal teams and external providers you solve technical problems and ensure the smooth operation of the IT infrastructure

In order to feel comfortable and confident and to be able to do a great job you should possess some of the following qualities and skills:

• You completed your apprenticeship in the field of ITSupport or have first professional experience in IT support
• You gained knowledge of Mac MDM System (Kandji / Jamf) Networking and bring also experience with ticket systems
• You have great interest in technical innovations
• You are communicative and friendly manner
• You have an independent structured and reliable way of working
