THE POSITION

As a Sales Manager you will play a crucial role in our sales team. You will work closely with our small but passionate team to expand our reach in the DACH region and establish new business relationships.

YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Proactive lead generation and qualification through outbound strategies (cold calling email campaigns social selling)
  • First point of contact for inbound leads including their evaluation and forwarding
  • Development and maintenance of sustainable customer relationships
  • Participation in various sales phases from initial contact to closing the deal
  • Support in customer success activities to promote customer loyalty and satisfaction

YOUR PROFILE

  • 3 years of experience in B2B sales preferably in a startup environment and in lead generation and qualification
  • Understanding of the challenges in a growing team and desire to contribute your knowledge to the development of our sales process
  • Passion for sales and enjoy making new contacts and getting people excited about climate protection education programs
  • Familiarity with terms such as BDRs AEs MQL etc. and a strong hunter mentality as opposed to a farmer mentality
  • Empathetic personality with strong communication skills fluent in German and English (written and verbal)
  • Handson mentality that allows you to take responsibility for your own projects even if they are sometimes outside your comfort zone
