Your role at voiio:

As Head of Product at voiio youll play a pivotal role in bridging the vision of our leadership with the innovation of our tech team. Reporting directly to our CEO Bjrn and working in close collaboration with our CTO Johannes youll drive the development and success of new and existing products. Your focus will be on enhancing our platforms capabilities ensuring we deliver cuttingedge solutions that meet the evolving needs of businesses and their teams.

What makes your position unique:

• Strategic Product Leadership: Develop and execute a comprehensive product strategy aligned with the companys objectives including defining product roadmaps and prioritizing product development to ensure the timely delivery of highquality products.
• Market Intelligence and Customer Focus: Conduct market research competitive analysis and customer feedback to identify trends and opportunities for improvement placing a strong emphasis on creating products that not only meet but exceed customer expectations and deliver real value.
• Culture of Innovation and Collaboration: Drive product innovation through experimental and iterative development processes in close collaboration with all stakeholders turning business needs into tangible product initiatives. Build a culture of continuous improvement within the product organization that enhances collaboration and transparency.
• Analysis and Strategic Advising: Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success and utilize datadriven insights for iterative product improvement. Provide strategic recommendations to the executive team regarding product opportunities risks and investments.

Your standout qualities include:

• Startup Veteran: Proven track record of driving product development in a fastpaced highgrowth environment.
• Working with management: Experience in working closely with executives to align product strategy with business goals.
• Product experience: Multiple years of experience in product management ideally with a focus on SaaS products.
• Hands on: Willingness and skill to roll up your sleeves and get your hands dirty in the product development process.
• Strong workshop facilitation and presentation skills including the ability for compelling visual communication.
• Experience in setting and tracking OKRs to measure the success of product initiatives.
• Strong analytical skills and experience with datadriven decisionmaking.
• Fluent in German (C1 level) and good understanding of the German culture.
