Job Description:

We are looking for a Shift Supervisor! This role entails close collaboration with departmental management to ensure the attainment of production and quality targets. Essential skills include meticulous data documentation and the preparation of succinct reports covering production metrics instances of rework quality assessments and line stoppages. Additionally the candidate will conduct thorough evaluations of produced items to verify compliance with specified standards. Clear interpretation of specifications blueprints and job directives to team members coupled with effective delegation of responsibilities is crucial. Moreover the candidate will be responsible for establishing and refining work protocols including Quality Work Instructions (QWI) to optimize operations and maintain exemplary work standards. The ideal candidate will excel in recognizing and smoothly managing daily workflow operations. Furthermore they will lead biweekly safety meetings to reinforce a culture of safety within the organization.

Requirements:

Minimum 35 years experience in a manufacturing environment required.
