Job Description:

This role involves grinding and smoothing surfaces of headers or header components to ensure their quality and functionality. Workpieces are positioned using overhead or jib cranes and operators carefully examine surfaces for any defects. They are responsible for replacing worn abrasive disks wheels and die grinder bits according to specifications. Using power tools operators remove scratches laminated metal excess weld material and burrs from workpieces. Additionally they maintain detailed production records of fabricated parts and jobs as required by the Department Manager. Operating industrial forklifts is also part of the job. The ideal candidate should be capable of performing multiple tasks simultaneously in a fastpaced environment and be able to collaborate effectively with colleagues in the department.
