Web Solutions Manager

• Strategy & Development: Develop and implement a comprehensive strategy for utilizing web applications and solutions to achieve optimal customer experience aligned with business goals and requirements.
  
• Project Management: Manage web development projects from inception to completion. This includes gathering requirements from various markets translating them into actionable plans for vendors and ensuring all implementations adhere to business needs.
  
• Vendor Management: Oversee two vendors specializing in registration/authentication solutions. Facilitate clear communication and collaboration between vendors to enhance web application and solution functionality.
  
• Login Solutions Focus: Take ownership of creating and maintaining a seamless and secure login experience for all company websites.
  
• User Experience Champion: Advocate for a usercentric approach across all web projects. Ensure web applications and solutions prioritize ease of use and optimal user experience.
  
• Business Liaison: Act as a bridge between business and technical teams effectively translating business requirements into technical specifications for vendors.
  
• Metrics & Analysis: Collaborate with the tracking and search engine optimization specialists to implement and analyze web analytics data.
  

Requirements

• Technical Expertise:
  
• Minimum 12 years of experience as a Project Manager in web environments.
  
• Proven knowledge of web development principles and best practices.
  
• Familiarity with web analytics tools and tracking methodologies is a plus.
  
• Project Management Skills:
  
• Solid project management experience with excellent organizational and analytical skills.
  
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills adept at facilitating communication between stakeholders.
  
• User Experience Focus:
  
• Strong understanding of user experience (UX) principles and a passion for usercentric design.
  
• Ability to evaluate website usability and propose improvements for optimal user experience.
  
• Additional Requirements:
  
• Experience working with international clients and stakeholders.
  
• Fluency in written spoken and reading English; additional languages strongly preferred.
