Middle Data Analyst

This is a remote position open for candidates located in Colombia (all country).

What you will do

• Data Analysis: Utilize advanced analytical techniques to interpret complex data sets. Extract meaningful insights and trends to provide actionable recommendations.
  

• Reporting and Visualization: Design and develop reports and dashboards using Looker Studio from Google. Create visually appealing and intuitive dashboards that effectively communicate key metrics and insights to stakeholders.
  

• Data Modeling: Work closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into data models. Develop and maintain data models to support reporting and analysis needs.
  

• Data Quality Assurance: Ensure data accuracy completeness and consistency across various datasets. Identify and address data quality issues to maintain data integrity.
  

• Collaboration: Collaborate with crossfunctional teams including but not limited to marketing sales and product development to understand their data needs and provide analytical support.
  

• Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with the latest industry trends and best practices in data analysis and visualization. Continuously improve processes and methodologies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  

Must haves

• 2 years proven experience in data analysis and visualization.
  

• Proficiency in Looker Studio from Google or similar BI tools.
  

• Working knowledge in Git and DBT.
  

• Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
  

• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  

• Ability to work effectively in a fastpaced collaborative environment.
  

Nice to haves

• 2 years Experience with SQL and other programming languages.
  

• Familiarity with statistical analysis techniques.
  

• Proficiency with Python libraries such as Pandas and Numpy is a plus.
  

• Experience working in an Agile environment / Marketing teams
  

• Certifications in data analysis or related fields (e.g. Google Data Analytics Certificate).
