Open Position: Collections Analyst (Regional IT Company)




A Regional IT company in Malaysia is looking for Collections Analyst to join the team and be based in the Kuala Lumpur office where you will be responsible for the overall Collections tasks within the APAC region.




Key responsibilities and requirements include:
  • Responsible for the overall payment collections of regional customers suppliers and vendors
  • Perform monthly and quarterly reporting and to assists in monthend processing
  • Follow up with respective department regarding the Invoices on Hold and must be able to solve the issue in a short period of time
  • Resolve account disagreements with the vendors and internal managers
  • Providing both internal as well as external customer services in an effective and costeffective manner
  • Replying to the queries from the vendors
  • To provide support for any projects or process improvement
  • Ensure that all practices are aligned with internal process and SOX Compliances
  • Experience from SSC or MNC environment
