Country Manager KSA

Xad Technologies a leading provider of IT Networks Telecom Solutions and Managed Services is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Country Manager to lead our operations in Saudi Arabia (KSA).

About the Role:

In this crucial role you will be responsible for driving Xad Technologies growth and success in the KSA market. You will lead a dynamic team develop and implement strategic business plans and oversee all aspects of the countrys operations including finance and administration.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute strategic business plans to achieve revenue and profitability targets.
• Manage and grow a highperforming team fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence.
• Oversee all financial operations ensuring accurate budgeting forecasting and reporting.
• Manage daytoday operations including logistics HR and administration.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities within the KSA telecom sector.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders including clients partners and government entities.

Qualifications:

• Proven track record of success in a senior leadership role within the telecommunications industry in KSA.
• Strong understanding of the KSA telecom market and business landscape.
• Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing strategic business plans.
• Excellent financial acumen with experience in budgeting forecasting and financial analysis.
• Strong operational skills with the ability to manage a team and ensure smooth daily operations.
• Excellent communication interpersonal and negotiation skills.
• Fluency in English and Arabic is a plus.
