Speech Therapist

Job Description:

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled contract Speech Therapist to join our team in Albany GA. The ideal candidate will be dedicated to providing highquality speech therapy services to patients with various communication and swallowing disorders.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments to evaluate patients speech language cognitivecommunication and swallowing abilities.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to patients specific needs and goals.
• Provide therapy to improve patients speech language voice fluency and swallowing abilities.
• Monitor and document patients progress adjusting treatment plans as necessary.
• Educate patients and their families on strategies to enhance communication and swallowing function.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure a comprehensive approach to patient care.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical records in accordance with regulatory and company standards.

Requirements:

• Masters degree in SpeechLanguage Pathology from an accredited program.
• Current Georgia SpeechLanguage Pathologist license or eligibility for licensure.
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in SpeechLanguage Pathology (CCCSLP) from the American SpeechLanguageHearing Association (ASHA).
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.

Schedule:

• Parttime flexible hours. Specific schedule to be determined based on candidate availability.

Compensation:

• Competitive hourly rate commensurate with experience and qualifications.
