Key Responsibilities:
1. Python and R Development Leadership:
1. Lead the development and implementation of Python and Rbased solutions for data analysis machine learning and predictive modeling.
2. Drive best practices in Python and R development code optimization and performance tuning to ensure scalability and efficiency.

1. Design and build custom machine learning models tailored to specific business requirements and use cases.
2. Implement endtoend machine learning pipelines from data preprocessing and feature engineering to model training and deployment.
3. Evaluate and select appropriate algorithms and methodologies based on data characteristics and business objectives.

1. Mentor and coach a team of junior data scientists providing guidance in model development data analysis techniques and best practices.
2. Foster a collaborative and learningfocused environment encouraging knowledge sharing and skill development among team members.
3. Lead by example demonstrating a commitment to excellence innovation and continuous improvement.

Qualifications and Experience:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science Statistics Mathematics or related field.
Minimum of 6 years of handson experience in data science with a focus on Python and R development model development and machine learning.
Strong understanding of advanced analytics techniques statistical methods and machine learning algorithms.
Experience designing and building custom machine learning models leveraging OpenAI AWS and GCP LLM Models.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science Statistics Mathematics or related field.
