Seeking a dynamic Staff Accountant for a Product based company in Kalyani Nagar Pune

towards business tech development and highend customer care. Were looking to bring on
an experienced organized and detailoriented Staff Accountant to our growing Finance team.

Roles and Responsibilities:
Perform day to day financial transactions including verifying classifying and recording
accounts receivable and payable data.
Process expense reports. Verify and investigate any discrepancies.

Generate reports detailing accounts payable status.
Facilitate payment of vendor invoices and respond to vendor requests.
Understand expense accounts and cost centres.
Understand compliance issues around accounts payable processes (W9 sales tax etc)
Requirements:
24 years of Staff Accountant experience
BS degree in Finance Accounting or Business Administration
Solid understanding of basic bookkeeping and accounting principles
Proven ability to calculate post and manage accounting figures and financial records
Data entry skills along with a knack for numbers
Handson experience with spreadsheets accounting software and payroll systems
High degree of accuracy and attention to detail
Thorough knowledge and understanding of U.S. GAAP
Strict adherence to confidentiality regulations and ethical standards
Software Knowledge:
Required: Strong Microsoft Excel skills
Proficiency in Sage Intacct and Salesforce
Experience using expense reporting software (e.g. Concur)
