Title: Manufacturing Technician 2

Location: Mesa AZ

Description:

4/10 schedule (Mon Thurs) 5:00am 3:30pm with overtime when needed.

Position Description:

Assembly operations of gun systems in a team or environment.

Contractor will be required to complete gun Control Act Certification form.

Typical Duties:

Typical duties will include but not be limited to the following:

  • Perform mechanical assembly of subassemblies and toplevel assemblies for gun systems.
  • Conduct teardown evaluate and reassembly of remanufactured products.
  • Follow detailed operating procedures and collect/record data as necessary.
  • Ability to multitask.
  • Ability to interpret and work to drawings.
  • Ability to complete processes that require tight tolerances.

Education/Experience:

  • High school diploma or GED equivalent.
  • 2 years of experience working on Mechanical assemblies.
  • Mechanical aptitude needed.
  • Must be able to lift push pull and carry 40 lbs.
  • Able to work a 4/10 (MonThurs) 5 A.M. 3:30 P.M. schedule work overtime and some weekends if needed.
  • Must be familiar with micrometres/callipers torque wrenches and harbour presses.
  • Must be able to work as a team.
  • Must have strong attention to detail.
  • Able to work overtime and some weekends if needed.
