Job Summary:

Our team is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse with a passion for patientcentered care to join our dynamic healthcare environment. Responsibilities:

1. Nursing Professional Practice:

Assess and diagnose patient needs accurately.

Develop implement and evaluate individualized care plans to achieve patient goals and optimize outcomes.

Monitor record and communicate patient condition effectively.

Maintain essential competencies required for the specific area of hire and populations served.

2. Advocacy:

Partner with patients in care planning to uphold their autonomy dignity rights values and beliefs.

3. Facilitate Learning:

Create a supportive learning environment for patients families nursing staff and other healthcare team members.

Foster formal and informal learning opportunities within the community.

4. Safety and Quality:

Take accountability for safety by identifying and addressing issues promptly.

Requirements:

Graduation from an accredited nursing program.

Washington Registered Nurse License upon hire.

National Provider BLS certification from the American Heart Association upon hire.

Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience in the Operating Room (OR) setting.
